Bow & North Poplar One Stop Shop
Bow & North Poplar One Stop Shop is a face-to-face customer
service giving access to a wide range of services in Tower
Hamlets.
We aim to put customers first and our officers are there to
provide information, advice and solutions to your enquiries.
All of the Tower Hamlets Council’s One Stop Shops offer
face-to-face contact and provide information and support with
accessing all of the council's services. The most popular services
are housing and council tax benefits, housing provided by Tower
Hamlets Homes, council tax, social services and parking.
There are regular surgeries offering advice on
pensions, debt and other services available in Tower Hamlets –
please ask at the shop for details.
The shops are staffed by experienced customer
care professionals who aim to put the needs of the customers first
and provide advice on, or solutions to, enquiries about council
services.

- 9.00am - doors close
4.30pm Monday - Friday (except the last Wednesday
of every month 10am and 4.30pm)
- Closed on Bank Holidays
