What's new

Tower Hamlets has launched its new web-based system, THIS Borough, which provides easy, online access to statistics about the borough. The data available on the site covers the five key Community Plan themes, with information on areas such as crime, health, education and employment available at ward and LAP level.

Ward Data Report

The latest 2007 update of the Tower Hamlets Ward Data Report is now available. First produced in 2002 the report presents key data on health, housing, crime, employment and education at both ward and borough level, and sets out progress that the Tower Hamlets Partnership has made towards achieving the government’s national Neighbourhood Renewal Floor Targets.

These Floor Targets set universal minimum standards for a number of thematic areas such as crime and employment, and are designed to help reduce the gap between the most deprived areas and the rest of the country.

The report is structured around our Community Plan themes, and each section includes the relevant Floor Targets as well as data on performance at Local Area Partnership (LAP) and ward level.
