Canary Wharf / Isle of Dogs museums & galleries

Museum in Docklands

This museum represents a remarkable 2000 year history to visitors. Galleries show how the region has been the heart of centuries of social and economic change (not least in the dynamism that is Docklands today) and pay homage to the people who helped re-build and shape it. This exciting new museum is housed inside a late Georgian house, which began in 1803 for the storage of rum, molasses and sugar.

The galleries display a multi-media approach with cutting edge technology, making it a truly memorable experience for visitors of all ages.

Cafe, shop and restaurant on site. Ideal for corporate entertainment. Full disabled access.
