Sports Park

A refurbished stadium and 10 all weather pitches with playing surfaces derived from recycled car tyres in the form of rubber crumb were the main components of the first phase of the Sports Park development.

In February 2006 the second phase of development was completed with a state of the art leisure centre comprising of swimming pools, exercise suites, sports courts and spa all housed in an award winning designed building.
The Concordia East Centre, which is in the viaduct at the edge of the Sports park, is also accessible, housing an animal clinic, go-kart, "Fluent music" music studio, and the Concordia / Ocean Samarian Community Association.
Two more arches will be used by Youth Outreach soon. The central arch provides a safe short cut from the pitches to the children play park. One of the new arches will house a half pipe.
