Report graffiti
Graffiti can be left on all sorts of surfaces and locations. Tower Hamlets Council aims to remove all graffiti on public buildings and structures. If the graffiti is obscene or racist, we will aim to have it removed within 24 hours, depending on its location.
Report graffiti on a private property or street
If the graffiti is on private property (such as a private house) which is next to a public highway, we can arrange for its removal free of charge subject to a disclaimer form being signed by the owner of the property.

Report graffiti on a housing estate
If the graffiti is on a council housing estate, call our rapid response graffiti team on 020 7364 1428/ 1427, or fax us on 020 7364 1424.
What happens next
Once reported we can send an officer out to inspect the problem and depending on the content and location, can arrange its removal.
