Tower Hamlets Council wishes to collect some up-to-date diversity information about our tenants or leaseholders, so that we can improve the way we deliver our services.
Only tenants that have been named on the tenancy agreement or leaseholders that are named on the lease should fill in this electronic diversity questionnaire. If there are multiple tenants or leaseholders on the tenancy or lease agreement, please fill in a separate diversity questionnaire form.
All the information collected in these surveys will be subject to the Data Protection Act of 1998 and will be stored on a computer, to be used to improve the way we deliver services to you. To this end we may share this information with council teams, our partners and contractors.
