Homeless accommodation team

The Accommodation Team is responsible for providing temporary housing for homeless applicants while they apply for permanent housing. After the Assessment Team have established that an applicant requires temporary accommodation, they are passed to us for housing.

We can provide a variety of accommodation including Bed and Breakfast establishments, self-contained properties that are council-owned, Housing Association properties and private sector properties.

Whilst all our properties meet our minimum standards on quality, a significant majority exceed those standards and we are committed to continuously improving the quality of our homes.

Every endeavour is made to match accommodation to our customers’ needs and Accommodation Officers carry out regular visits to all the properties in order to ensure that standards are maintained.
