Homeless Quality Team

The Homeless Quality (Strategy and Performance) Team are focussed on developing and improving Homelessness and Housing Advice Services (H&HAS) to the highest standards, providing performance monitoring information to our users, partners and staff and ensuring the services provide value for money.

As well as preparing for Charter Mark assessments, we liaise with external partner organisations to build positive relationships that benefit H&HAS and our users. Our remit also includes designing and producing newsletters, posters and information leaflets, conducting customer surveys and making people aware of our performance, both positive and negative.

User consultation is an important part of our remit, and we regularly conduct forums for users to tell us what they think of H&HAS and for us to consult them on service improvement ideas. We also look at ways of improving Customer Service and internal communications, by publishing telephone answering statistics and key performance indicators for each team, every month.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any suggestions, comments or queries relating to anything we do, whether you’re a member of staff, a client or from an external organisation – if we can assist you, we will.
