Performance Reports

In order to ensure our clients, partners, staff and the wider community are aware of how we are performing we compile an annual report that provides an overview of our performance and how we are delivering our service.

Client Newsletters

The Homeless & Housing Advice Services publish a newsletter for clients every three months.  It was called ‘Your Millharbour’.  Since May 2007, it has been renamed ‘In Touch’ and is still published quarterly.

Partner Newsletters

The Homeless & Housing Advice Services have dealings with a wide range of partner organisations, many of whom are not clear on what we do, other than our interaction with them. 

We publish a partner newsletter called ‘Network’, which aims to bring organisations together and share information.
