Wanting to move home?

If you want to move home within the borough there are a number of things you need to do. First you need to complete an application form to join the Common Housing waiting list. Contact Lettings to request your copy on 020 7364 0210. Once your application has been assessed you will be placed in 1 of 4 priority groups (called community groups). You will be contacted by Lettings in writing and informed of your priority group. You will then need to bid for the homes you are interested in in order to be considered for them. If you don't bid you will not be considered.

Available homes are advertised each week in East End Life, the free weekly newspaper delivered to all homes in the borough (see below if you don't get EEL delivered). The Homeseekers brochure is also sent to libraries, IDEA stores, One Stop Shops and Local Housing Offices.

Homes are also advertised on the Homeseekers website: www.thhs.org.uk
