Drains maintenance
If you are experiencing a problem with the drains on your estate, you should contact the housing repairs help centre.
Help centre staff will take the details of your problem and, depending on the severity of the problem, arrange for the drain maintenance service to come out to your estate.
The drains maintenance service is a 24-hour service, and will respond within one hour of notification of a problem.
