Caretaking service

We provide a caretaking service to all council estates. Our caretakers aim to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in communal areas and the areas surrounding blocks of flats.

Estate Services

Estate services are responsible for the caretaking service, and the monitoring and inspection of cleaning standards on estates.

They also manage contracts for a number of services - see the links on your left.

If you want to report a problem or make a comment on the standard of any of the estate services, please contact your area caretaking manager, or your local housing office.

Rapid response team

The estate services rapid response team deals with problems beyond the scope of day-to-day caretaking and maintenance duties described above. Rapid response deals with graffiti, vandalism and problems on estates caused by crime.

If you want to report a problem of this nature, please contact your area caretaking manager, your local housing office or the repairs help centre who will pass the details on to the rapid response team.
