Leaseholders’ Dispute Resolution Procedure
The Council has introduced a scheme to provide a quick and fair means of resolving your issues over the services we provide. If you are unhappy with a service charge or service provision you can use the scheme to register your complaint. We will, where possible, try and sort the problem out. If not, we will write and explain the options available to you.
