Surveys

From time to time the council may need to gain access to your home to undertake surveys. This could be for a number of reasons, for example:

• prior to major repairs being undertaken
• to update council records on the condition of its stock
• to carry out specialist surveys.

Should the council need to gain access to your property to undertake survey work, we will normally arrange an appointment to do so. In any event, our surveyor will always carry identification.

Do not allow any person into your home if they do not carry the relevant identification. If you are in any doubt, please contact us (see below) .
