Tenancy support service

Positive support for tenants living in Tower Hamlets

Are you a tenant living in Tower Hamlets, over the age of 16?

We can support you with anything that is affecting your tenancy i.e. If you

  • Experience physical and mental ill health
  • Feel isolated or alone
  • Using alcohol or drugs
  • Experience domestic violence
  • Have problems with disability
  • Need support applying for benefits
  • Need support managing your rent arrears and other debts
  • Need support accessing medical and specialist services, training, education and leisure activities
  • Need support settling into a new area or home
  • Need support managing housing problems
  • Need support furnishing your home
  • Need support coping with neighbour disputes.

What do you get?

You'll get your own support worker who'll talk through any problems with you. They'll agree a 'support plan' that tells you what to expect and how often they'll visit.

Our aim is to help you get on your feet and live independently - so, after a time, you won't need us any more. However, you can always come back if you need help in the future.

If you are the tenant interested in the service please call us (see contact details below) or submit an online request for us to contact you. (THIS FORM IS FOR THE TENANTS USE ONLY).
