Tenancy agreements
About your tenancy agreement
The tenancy agreement that you have signed is a legal document. As our tenant, you have agreed to follow the rules in the tenancy agreement booklet. We have also agreed to rules that we must follow, as your landlord.
We’re serious about enforcing these rules. Please take the time to read them, keep them safe and help us to make our estates a better place to live.

Breaches of the tenancy agreement
If you break the rules the council may take action to end your tenancy. If you are evicted for anti-social behaviour, the council may not have an automatic duty to re-house you and you will have to make your own arrangements to find somewhere to stay.
Listed below are some of the most common complaints we receive about breaking tenancy agreements. You can use these pages to find out what you can do if you experience anti-social behaviour. You’ll also find some useful contact numbers.
