Please complete this form to make a claim for a compensation payment of £10 for a missed repair service appointment.
To be eligible to make this claim, you must first notify the repair help centre of any repair contractor that has missed an appointment made with you within 48 hours of the missed appointment time: telephone 0800 376 1637.
After you have registered the details with the repair help centre, your completed claim form must be submitted within 30 days of the missed appointment.
Compensation is based on a maximum of £10 per broken appointment – subject to any rent arrears, which will be deducted from any claim.
