BSF – for governors

Building Schools for the Future offers a unique opportunity to shape the educational outcomes of young people in Tower Hamlets. School governors will play an important role in helping to shape the Education Vision and long term strategy for their schools.

With the help of Partnerships for Schools, the DfES and 4PS , Tower Hamlets will support schools throughout the BSF process.

The BSF approach is intended to provide high-quality construction and services fit for delivering education in the 21st century, within clearly-defined timescales and excellent value for money. 4Ps have produced a guide to BSF – ‘Building Schools for the Future – a guide for school governors and headteachers’, available from their website , which you may find useful.
