Complaints

Complaints about education and schools in Tower Hamlets should be made directly to the head teacher of the school that you child attends. After you have made your complaint known to the school headteacher, the chair of governors of that school can then be approached. If you are not satisfied with their responses to your complaint, you can then follow up your complaint with the Local Education Authority (LEA).
