Education for gypsies & travellers

The council runs a traveller service which helps gypsy, traveller, fairground and circus parents to get school places for their children.

Health & sexual education & support

The council provides health and sexual education and support for young people in Tower Hamlets through education programmes and health & support services. Support is also provided for pregnant teenagers and school-aged parents by Teenage pregnancy officers at the NHS and by the Tower Hamlets Teenage mothers team.
