Proof of name and address for children and young people aged 6 to 15
If you are aged under 16, you must provide the name and signature, name and address of a 'guarantor' on the application form. A guarantor can be a parent or a guardian. This guarantor will certify that the name and address given is correct. Acceptable proof of name and address for a person under 16 is a medical card.
Proof of name and address for children aged 5 and under
No proof of name or address is required. A Parent, guardian or carers proof of address is sufficient.

Your library card is issued subject to the regulations of Tower Hamlets libraries. In signing your library card you are consenting to comply with these regulations. A copy of the regulations is available at each library and Idea Store.
