CouncilLanguage support team
This team provides translation and interpretation services for anti-social behaviour cases. They are conversant in two of the main community languages, namely Somali and Bengali.
The officers are available to attend off-site visits, as well as providing over the telephone interpretation. Where staff are involved in the conduct of case investigations and there is a need for some language support, the team is available to provide such help.
