Having your say in local development
Consultation with local residents and local business is at the heart of the planning process. Not only can you comment on major planning documents like the Local Development Framework (LDF), you also have a right to comment on individual Planning Applications.

Planning policy addresses local needs identified through your views and comments and various community and regional plans. From time to time, as new documents are developed, we will be running consultation exercises with local residents, developers, community groups and other stakeholders.
