Tower Hamlets Council's planning service's fees are outlined in the following document.

Planning Application Fees Increases From 6 April 2008

Please note Parliamentary approval has been granted for the following:

• a fee increase of 11% (£15) for householder applications
• an overall 25% increase for other fees
• a new maximum fee of £250,000 (or £125,000 if an outline application) for all except minerals and waste applications, for which the maximum will go up 25% (to £65,000)
• a new fee of £85 for the discharge of planning conditions (or £25 where the request relates to householder development)
