New 1APP planning application formA National Standard Planning Application Form, known as ‘1APP’ has been created by the Government to streamline the planning system across England and Wales to make it easier for applicants. Since April 2008, every planning authority in England and Wales has been obliged to only accept the 1APP form, either online or in paper format. The new form covers all types of planning applications and helps deliver greater transparency, consistency and efficiency in the planning system. |
