• View Annual Monitoring Report (2006/07)

New plans being prepared

We are preparing a series of new plans for the LDF. Plans being prepared include the following:

• Core Strategy
• Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

Past draft LDF plans

The Council is recasting the Local Development Framework (LDF) following the withdrawal of several LDF documents. The Council's Local Development Scheme provides details and a timetable for new LDF documents.

The Council will not progress the Central Area Action Plan. Instead this work and all the consultation feedback will inform the new Core Strategy.

Research

In preparing the Core Strategy Options and Alternatives paper, the Council is undertaking a lot of technical research. This research has complimented local feedback.
