Tower Hamlets Council One stop shops offer face-to-face contact and provide information and support with accessing all of the council's services.
Operating from a range of sites located within the borough, we are experienced customer care professionals who aim to put the needs of the customers first and provide advice on, or solutions to, enquiries about council services.

- Bethnal Green One Stop Shop - 1 Rushmead
- Bow & North Poplar One Stop Shop - 1 Gladstone Place
- Isle of Dogs & South Poplar One Stop Shop - Jack Dash House
- Stepney & Wapping One Stop Shop - Cheviot House
Opening times are:
- Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm
- Saturday 9am to 1pm (Bethnal Green and Stepney & Wapping One Stop Shops only)
- Closed on Bank Holidays

How are we doing?
The One stop shop service as part of its annual service plan regularly carries out monitoring exercises and surveys to capture data on its customer's requirements and satisfaction ratings of the service in general.
The information gathered is used to help tailor the service to be both relevant and appropriate and to ensure that any changes are customer focused.
