Buses, tubes and trains
Tower Hamlets is well connected with its Tube, bus and train transport links across most of the borough to the City and the West End. It is served by some of London's newest public transport developments such as the Docklands Light Railway and the Jubilee Line underground extension.
Train links connect the area with Liverpool Street station and Fenchurch Street in the City. In addition, the borough will benefit from the soon to open new Channel Tunnel rail link which will stop at Stratford, in the neighbouring borough of Newham.
