Paying a parking fine

Payments for parking tickets (or penalty charge notices) issued on behalf of the borough, can be made through the following methods:

Online

By using the link to the online parking payments service on the Tower Hamlets corporate website.

Telephone

To pay by telephone using your credit/debit card, call: 020 7364 5003

Post

To pay by post, cheques or postal orders should be made payable to London Borough of Tower Hamlets or L.B.T.H. and sent to:

Please write your address on the back of the cheque along with any reference number

In person at the Parking Shop at 333 Bethnal Green Road, London E2 6LG. Please note that this is the only place we can accept cash

If you wish to pay a parking fine by post, please remember to include your parking fine number as well as your address on the back of the cheque.

Appeals

If you wish to appeal against the issue of a parking ticket contact our customer relations officers on 020 7364 5003 for more information. Please note that non-payment of a fine could result in court proceedings taking place to recover the debt.
