Lost Permits

If you lose your permit you can get a replacement provided it is for the same vehicle as the original permit. You will need to go to the Parking Shop with some proof of residency, or apply in writing to the Parking Services, PO Box 14790, London E14 2WA enclosing payment. There is an administration charge of £5.

If you lose your permit and require a replacement for a different vehicle, you will have to pay the full permit fee. We cannot change the vehicle registration number on a permit without the original permit being returned.

If you lose a permit of any type that is valid for more than one registration, you will also have to pay the full permit fee to replace it.

If your permit or your vehicle has been stolen, we will transfer any unexpired time on your old permit to a new permit free of charge if you can supply us with a crime reference number.
