Renewals
We aim to send a renewal notice a minimum of two weeks before a permit expires. If you do not receive a renewal notice, Please contact the Customer Contact Centre on 020 7364 5003
Alternatively you can request a renewal to be sent to you directly by completing this renewal form
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RENEWAL FORM BEFORE YOU CAN RENEW YOUR PERMIT, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO REPLACE YOUR PERMIT WITHOUT IT.
When renewing your permit, you may be required to submit reproofs similar to those you had to show when you first got your permit. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated on your renewal form. This is an anti-fraud measure which regretfully we have had to introduce to due the very high demand for parking space in our borough.
If you are required to show reproofs, you will need either to submit photocopies to the Customer Contact Centre, or originals if you are visiting the Parking Shop.
The same applies if there are any changes to your details, for which new proofs will be required.
However, if your renewal letter does not require reproofs, and there are no changes to your details, you can renew your permit over the phone by calling 020 7364 5003. You may still renew by post or by visiting the Parking Shop if you prefer.
From 1 June 2008, the price of all on-street parking permits (except motorcycle and market trader permits) depend on either your vehicle’s carbon dioxide emissions (CO2 g/km), or engine size (cc) if your CO2 emission is not logged on your Registration Certificate (V5C) by the DVLA. A pool permit will be charged at the highest price band rate.
