Surveys

Surveys are one way of seeking your views on the council’s performance.

Each year, the council commissions independent company, TNS Global, to run a survey of our residents to understand their views of the council and its services. TNS Global also run a survey for the Association of London Government, which allows us to compare the Tower Hamlets results with the London average.

The council’s policy and partnership section has produced two short summaries covering the 2006 survey. One looks at overall trends, while the other focuses on differences between areas. Both can be accessed below.
