Some requests can be aggregated under the terms of the Act to estimate the total cost of compliance.
This applies when two or more requests relating to the same or similar information are made by one person or by different persons who appear to the council to be acting in concert or in pursuance of a campaign and the requests are received within a period of 60 working days.
