Make a Freedom of Information Act request.
Over and above the information routinely available under the publication scheme, the Act provides that from January 2005 individuals will be entitled to request and be supplied with any other information held by the council which is not specified in this publication scheme.
These requests will be considered by the Freedom of Information Officer. Some may be subject to certain exemptions as specified in the Act.
Where the Freedom of Information Officer considers that an exemption may prevent some information being released, they will explain which exemption has been applied and why.
Appeals against their decision will be determined by the Chief Legal Officer. If you remain dissatisfied with their decision you will have a right of appeal to the Information Commissioner at:
Wycliffe House
Water Lane
Wilmslow
Cheshire SK9 5AF
