Tower Hamlets Third Sector Commissioning Strategy sets out an accessible and equitable process through which third sector organisations can compete for contracts to provide high quality, value for money services to the citizens of Tower Hamlets.
The third sector is defined as the voluntary, community and faith sectors plus organisations that profit only for growth such as social enterprises.
The document has been developed with the third sector and council officers to to improve the quality and sensitivity of services delivered to local people.
