It claims to be able to make your housing application a priority and give you the right to buy after 3 years.

We only ever allocate homes according to our policy. Every application goes through a series of checks to make sure it is valid and correctly prioritised.

Supported & sheltered housing

Sheltered accommodation consists of self contained properties which are specifically designed to suit the needs of older people.

Sheltered accommodation provides older people with their own flats and the opportunity to meet with other tenants in communal areas. Tenants can come and go as they please, in an environment that is safe.

Tower Hamlets assists individuals in need of housing support services, so they can live independently in the community and improve their quality of life.

Homelessness advice and support

We may be able to offer advice and assistance which allows you to remain in your home, or we may be able to help you find alternative accommodation in the private sector, helping you with a rent deposit if necessary.
