More information download the full timetable of activities.

Doorstep Sports Club

Tower Hamlets Youth Service run free sports and activities for girls at the new Haileybury Youth Centre in Stepney Green. It's every Wednesday between 3.30-6.30pm.

For more info see the flyer, or call 0207 364 6224.

Parent & child activity

This weekly class by Tower Hamlets Mums and Laura Williams gets the girls (and boys) together for plates to get you looking and feeling fabulous. No experience needed, just a pilates mat or similar to stretch on and we will do the rest.

Babies and young children are of course welcome but you are also just as welcome to come on your own for a work out. For more information visit the towerhamletsmums website.

For the girls, by the girls

This programme provides opportunities for women and girls across the borough's leisure centres, delivered by Better and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Sessions are fun, affordable and available to all. There are lots of different activities to try, suitable for all abilities and all in a female-only environment.

See what sessions are available by locating your nearest leisure centre, and then clicking on the ‘For the Girls’ tab, or contact forthegirls@gll.org for more information.

Women & Girl's Football

There are opportunities in the borough to play in women and girl's teams, from beginner to senior competition. Visit the football section for more information.
