Tower Hamlets Council is seeking enthusiastic individuals
to get involved in various activities around the borough.
These activities could include:
- Painting out graffiti
- Litter picking
- Ground clearance
- Planting/Gardening
- Adopt a garden
All equipment will be provided. Activities will last
between one-four hours depending on what is involved and the
amount of volunteers who commit. Please wear suitable clothing – no
sandals. Gloves and tools will be supplied. Please note
- due to the current water shortage there may be changes to
items planted.
Together we can achieve a cleaner, greener Tower Hamlets!

Organise your own event
If you know of an area which would benefit from a clean up,
litter pick or weeding and want to arrange your own event and
encourage friends and neighbours to come together to improve the
area in which you live please make contact, we can register your
event and encourage volunteers to assist you on the day.
