Debt and money advice
Community advice agencies provide a free
service to anyone who lives works or studies in Tower

Agencies set up to deliver advice
services should operate within the quality standard of the CLS
Quality Mark, which should be displayed on leaflets, letterhead,
etc to indicate the level at which advice is provided: Agencies who
provide money and debt advice that helps people with their debt
problems must be licensed by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT)
At present the following voluntary sector agencies provide free
specialist debt advice in Tower Hamlets

Information on general money
matters from budgeting to savings is also
provided over the phone 0300 500 5000 and appointments
can be made locally to see an independent money guide adviser
face to face.
