The good news for employers is that Skillsmatch is not a
profit-making or fee charging service. All our services are totally
free and despite this, there is no compromise in the range of
services we can offer, many of which could be expected from the
very best commercial agencies.
We handle a wide range of vacancies, we will not oversell or
keep you waiting for updates on your vacancies, and if we cannot
source candidates for any reason, we will tell you immediately.
Thankfully, however, we pride ourselves on filling almost all
vacancies we are asked to handle.
We can work in exactly the way you would like us to. In addition
to the assistance our experienced job matching team can offer, we
can also test candidates prior to sending them to you. We have
online testing facilities to test many different disciplines and
also a small range of psychometric tests which are carried out by a
registered licensed tester. We always ensure that candidates we
send have the right skills, attitude and reliability to match with
your expectations, and can offer interview facilities and free
press advertising if required.
Skillsmatch is able to offer a range of further benefits

Please ensure your information contains all the skill
requirements you have, as well as details relating to job location,
hours, salary and holiday entitlements, the more details we have
the easier it will be to match to your vacancy.
Any additional information on your company/organisation is
always helpful, so web addresses or information links will provide
both ourselves and prospective applicants with good background
information.
Once we have received your vacancy we will appoint a placement
officer who will be your main point of contact and he/she will
email or call to introduce themselves to you and arrange to visit
at your premises.
