Children, Schools and Families (CSF) complaints
Tower Hamlets treats complaints about our services seriously. We
want to know if things are going wrong or if you are not happy
because you are entitled to a good service.
You can complain if:
- You think you have been unfairly treated
- You feel you have been let down
- You have concerns about how you are cared for
You can tell us and we will try to do our best to get it sorted.
By contacting us you can expect:
- Someone to look into your concerns and help you sort things
out. This allows you to have your say.
- If you are not happy with our response, you can contact our
complaints team and tell them what you are unhappy with and they
will do their best to sort it out.
- If you are still not happy, you can let the complaints team
know that you want someone from outside to review the
decision.
