How and where can I apply?
All new applications must be made in person at any
One Stop Shop (debit/credit card only) or at:

Accept all methods of payment (except American Express or Diners
Club cards).
The cashiers office is open Monday to Friday from 9am -
4.30pm
Permit fraud
Tower Hamlets Council wishes to prevent fraudulent applications.

All reports are treated in strictest confidence.
Change in details
If any of the details of your permit have changed, please
download the change in
details form (pdf, 20 kb).
Emission based charging
The price of all on-street parking permits
(except motorcycle and market trader permits) depend on either your
vehicle's carbon dioxide emissions (CO2 g/km), or engine size (cc)
if your CO2 emission is not logged on your Registration Certificate
(V5C) by DVLA. A pool permit will be charged at the highest price
band rate.
