Planning application forms

We recommend that you use the Planning Portal’s interactive online application website but you can also apply using one of the forms below.

(You will need Acrobat Reader to view the forms on this page, which is available free of charge from the Adobe website.)

Whether you use the forms below, or the Planning Portal online system, along with the correct form, you will need to include certain attachments and the correct fee. The details of these are explained in:

Site Location Plans

Most planning applications require a Site Location Plan to be submitted in addition to completed forms and other documentation. These plans can be obtained from the council by calling 0207 364 5009. The fees for these are:

• 1:1250 - £25.00
• 1:2500 - £50.00

Following recent changes in the law effective from 1 October 2009 two new additional application forms have been issued:

Olympic Delivery Authority planning area

Please note that any planning application relating to land within the ODA Planning Area must be submitted to the ODA, rather than to the local borough. More information can be found on the London 2012 Website.
