Planning application forms

We recommend that you use the Planning Portal’s interactive online application website but you can also apply using one of the forms below.

(You will need Acrobat Reader to view the forms on this page, which is available free of charge from the Adobe website.)

Whether you use the forms below, or the Planning Portal online system, along with the correct form, you will need to include certain attachments and the correct fee. The details of these are explained in:

Please also note that all electronically submitted PDF drawings are to have the 'Enable Commenting and Measuring' option switched on within each submitted image file. Additionally, all electronic drawings must incorporate both vertical and horizontal scale bars.

Site Location Plans

Most planning applications require a Site Location Plan to be submitted in addition to completed forms and other documentation. These plans can be obtained from the council by calling 020 7364 5009. The fees for these are:

• 1:1250 - £30.00
• 1:2500 - £60.00

Please note that any planning application relating to land within the ODA Planning Area must be submitted to the ODA, rather than to the local borough. More information can be found on the London 2012 Website.
