To apply for building control approval you must submit an appropriate application form enclosed with the correct fee and all relevant documents (i.e. building plans, structural calculations, etc) as indicated on the application form.

How to pay building control fees

Please note that all electronically submitted PDF drawings are to have the 'Enable Commenting and Measuring' option switched on within each submitted image file. Additionally, all electronic drawings must incorporate both vertical and horizontal scale bars.

OS Site Plans

Some applications will require a Site Location Plan to be submitted with completed forms as well as other documentation. Plans can be purchased from the Council by calling 0207 364 5009.
