Recycling and waste at work: information and quotes
Recycling collections are cheaper than waste collections and
your business will benefit from having green credentials.
You can recycle all of the following materials mixed
together:
- Mixed glass bottles and jars
- Food and drink cans
- Plastic containers including plastic bottles, plastic
pots and tubs, margarine containers, ice cream tubs and yoghurt
pots
- Mixed card
- Mixed paper
- Food and drink cartons
- Aerosols
- Telephone directories
You can have your waste and recycling collected as frequently as
you need, and the service is charged 'by the container'.
Trade waste containers.
You must always use special trade recycling or waste sacks or
bin. You should never use household sacks or bins to dispose
of trade waste as this is illegal and could result in you being
issued with a penalty.
