Business rates enquiries are dealt with at the Town Hall by the revenue services team.

Moving into/out of Tower Hamlets

If you are moving into or out of a business rates property in Tower Hamlets you need to let us know. You can do this by completing an online Moving business property form. Alternatively you can contact the business rates team and we will send you a form to complete.

You can now view your Business Rates accounts online.

My Tower Hamlets Accounts is a new service that enables Business Rates payers in the borough to view their accounts online.

You will be able to:

• view your account details
• notify us about a change of address or new contact details
• download an application form for Small Business Rates Relief
• make payments
• change your method of payment to Direct Debit

You will need to register to view your business rates account online . Once you have registered your user ID and password will be sent to you, normally within 5-10 working days.

When you have received both your password and user id you can login to your Tower Hamlets account.

This service is normally available between 6am and midnight, 7 days a week. It may be temporarily unavailable during times of ad-hoc system maintenance.
