choice lettings scheme works, and how we work out the priority on
the housing list for applicants.
Review of the lettings team's decision
If you disagree with the decision that our lettings team makes
about your housing application, you can request a review.
Appendix 3 – Right of Review, of the lettings policy outlines
the types of review requests that can be made. This section also
explains how such a request would be considered.
If you wish to request a review of a decision we have made about
your housing application, it should normally be done in writing. If
you prefer, we also have an online
form to request a review.
We aim to tell you the result of our review within 56 days from
the date of receipt of your request, unless we need more
information.
