The council has a portfolio of more than 200
shops. From time to time, certain of these units become available
for letting. These lettings are managed by the Asset Management
team.

Description of Process Delivery
When considering an application, the council
looks at the services on offer to residents and whether there is a
substantial balance on offer in the local community.
Suitable applicants will be shortlisted and
may be sent a second, much more detailed, application form. Once
the more detailed application form is completed, applicants will be
interviewed before a final decision is taken.
