Markets to visit in Tower Hamlets
No other London location offers such a choice of vibrant and
contrasting markets for 364 days a year. Every one is an open air
theatre, a sight and taste of genuine East End London, where
bargains and surprises abound.
Go to the iconic markets of Brick Lane, Columbia Road and
Petticoat Lane on a Sunday or search out the quieter weekday
community markets that serve the residents of Tower Hamlets.
With the exception of Columbia Road that is flowers only, all
markets are general markets where the full range of commodities may
be sold subject to limitations that may be in place from time to
time.
