Keeping in touch with tenants
Communication
The homeless service recognises that it needs
to maintain contact with tenants in temporary accommodation, and
does this by publishing a quarterly client newsletter called ‘In
Touch’.
The newsletters contain articles on
developments within the homeless service, information on beneficial
services for clients and news about forthcoming and recent
events.
Consultation
We also conduct regular consultation with our
clients, to identify areas we are doing well in, areas we need to
improve in and get suggestions for other improvements.
A customer satisfaction survey is sent out to
all clients in temporary accommodation each year and other, more
specific, surveys are issued on a regular basis as we review your
opinion on various services we provide.
Homeless service users group
To discuss particular issues and to check our
letters and leaflets, we have a homeless service users group that
meets regularly. Please contact the quality team if you would
like to attend the next meeting.
How to contact us
In the first instance, it is best to telephone
us. We will take brief details and advise you of how we propose to
deal with your situation. If you cannot telephone, then we will see
you at our office.
